1. Free Access & Zero Product Sales

Giraffe Finance provides 100% free access to all database entries, guides, articles, and tools. We sell zero physical or digital products. Returns, product exchanges, and merchandise refunds do not apply.

2. Voluntary Contributions

• Finality: All financial support sent via Interac e-Transfer (Canada) or Wise (International) is a voluntary contribution toward website operating and research costs.

• Non-Refundable: Once an e-Transfer or Wise transfer is accepted, all contributions are final, non-refundable, and ineligible for chargebacks, bank reversals, or payment disputes.

3. Educational Consultations

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Booked educational coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' advance notice prior to the start time.

• Completed Sessions: Once a consultation session has taken place, the service is deemed fully delivered, and transfers for that time are non-refundable.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without 24 hours' prior written notice forfeits the booking slot.

4. Duplicate Transfer Errors

If you accidentally execute a duplicate Interac e-Transfer or Wise payment for a single contribution or booking, contact us via our Contact page within 7 days to review and process a manual reversal for the duplicate amount.
